Tip of the Day #2 – Never Do This!!

In today’s tip of the day, I want to tell you about something you should never do. And to get straight to the point…you should never put a scatter rug at the top of the stairs. I recently met with a client who had a scatter rug at the top of the stairs and I was mortified. The unnecessary risk that doing that creates can’t be understated. Especially if you have a vision impairment and struggle to visually see obstacles. The last thing any of us want to do is have a tumble down the stairs. So please don’t ever do this and if you noticed someone who has done this let them know how unsafe it can be.
